It provides a floating DC power supply to power 2-wire or 3-wire 4-20mA transmitters in hazardous areas, ensuring isolation between the power supply and signals to enhance system safety.

It reproduces the current signal in another floating loop to drive loads in the safe area. It supports the standard signal range of 4-20mA and has the capability to handle over/under-range signals (0 to 24mA) to ensure accurate signal transmission. For smart transmitters, it allows bidirectional communication signals to be superimposed on the 4-20mA signal, supporting multiple communication protocols such as HART, Honeywell DE, Foxboro, and Yokogawa Brain.

It achieves 250V rms insulation between input, output, and power supply, effectively isolating the electrical connection between hazardous areas and safe areas to prevent the transfer of hazardous energy.
