The MTL5523 is an electromagnetic valve/alarm drive isolator, primarily used for controlling switchgear in hazardous areas from safe zones. The specific introduction is as follows:
Equipped with a Line Fault Detection (LFD) function. Regardless of the output status, the solid-state switch in the safe zone will emit a signal when the on-site line is open or short-circuited. By connecting the MTL4220 leakage detector to terminal 3, it can also provide a ground fault detection function.
- Operating voltage: 20-35V DC
- Maximum off-state voltage: 35V
- Maximum off-state leakage current: 10μA
- Maximum on-state voltage drop: 2V
- Maximum on-state current: 50mA
- Maximum current consumption at 24V: 100mA
- Maximum output voltage: 25V
- Maximum output current: 147mA
- Maximum output power: 0.92W
The explosion-proof marking is (Ex ia Ga) II C, making it suitable for Zone 0 and Class IIC hazardous environments.
The operating temperature range is -20℃ to +60℃.
Adopts a DIN rail mounting method and can be installed on T35 (top cap) DIN rails that comply with EN50022, BS5584, and DIN46277 standards, with a height of 7mm or 15mm.
